Firestone Complete Auto Care

Knowledgeable and friendly service managers, and I've always been happy with the work at this location. However, yesterday I tried to make use of the "lifetime alignment" I'd purchased, but they couldn't complete it because they lacked the proper wrench to make the adjustment on a Tesla. That's not really an acceptable excuse in 2026.

I’ve only ever had pleasant experiences with Firestone. Whenever I bring my car in for an alignment, they complete it quickly, usually within an hour. The woman at the front desk is extremely friendly, professional, and always refreshing to work with. The service is efficient, the staff is welcoming, and the overall experience keeps me coming back

I had a great experience at this tire shop. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and got me taken care of quickly. They explained everything clearly, gave fair pricing, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. My vehicle rides great now, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It’s hard to find honest and reliable service these days, but this shop definitely delivered. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend them to anyone needing tires or automotive service. Dawn was fantastic to work with!!!

They crashed my car into another car which was parked out side the store. They refused to take accountability, and I got no apology from them. They just doubled down and accused me of being at fault. I’d strongly recommend you take your car elsewhere.

Incredible customer service and knowledge! Gavin & Justin took great care of my Chevy Tahoe with a last minute issue right before closing to get me back on the road home. SO grateful for their kindness and expertise…they explained everything thoroughly to reassure me my car was safe to drive 2.5 hours home after an error by our local mechanic.
